Membership is an integral part of The People’s Nonprofit Accelerator experience. Every member’s voice adds to our collective wisdom and fuels innovation, highlights gaps, and helps us build more effective support systems for the sector that emphasize equity, justice, and lasting impact.

Our active member community represents 600+ nonprofit professionals advocating for civil and human rights, education, social services, environmental justice, creative expression, and animal welfare. This vibrant network of peers foster collaboration over competition, and help build a more resilient, unified, and effective sector capable of dismantling systemic barriers and advancing equity.

Membership Options

We rely on membership dues to fund our work, which make our professional development, continuing education, and networking opportunities possible.

We offer three membership options: Nonprofit Team, Individual, and Business Team (for-profit). All of these have sliding-scale payment tiers. We understand these individuals and organizations are often overlooked or underfunded by federal, state, and traditional grant writing sources, even as they frequently face the most systemic barriers to accessing the resources they need.

• Solidarity Builder. For organizations with annual budgets under $500,000. This tier makes our resources more accessible to those experiencing financial hardship, reducing cost as a barrier to participation. This level also supports individuals who are self-financing and identify as BIPOC, queer, low-income, with disabilities, and other marginalized identities. 
• Capacity Builder. For organizations with annual budgets between $500,001 and $1,000,000. This tier helps cover the essential costs incurred to thoughtfully develop, host, and continually enhance our high-impact programming, driving greater growth and success across the nonprofit sector. For individuals who are sponsoring themselves or are unaffiliated with an organization, yet do not hold a marginalized identity. 
• Equity Builder: For organizations with annual budgets of more than $1,000,001. This tier directly empowers other nonprofits to thrive by making our professional development programs more accessible through our Solidarity Builder level for those facing financial hardship.
